The QT series is our compact analog flashlight model — fully solid-state lights built without soldered wires, drivers, or planned obsolescence. Every model in the series uses the same piston-based smart material engine: brightness is controlled by twisting the bezel tighter, delivering infinitely variable output with no mode steps, no PWM, and no worry about it working when you need it.
How It Works
Tighten the bezel to increase pressure on the smart material and raise output. Back it off to dim. There are no switches, no firmware, and no failure points tied to electronics. This model runs on 18350 battery cells (protected or unprotected).
 Direct Drive Warning: If bypassing the smart material on direct drive, do not leave unattended. The body will get hot during extended direct drive use.
Tailcap Options
All QT models are available with your choice of tailcap:
Regular (Aluminum) — recessed fit, ideal for unprotected cells
Stainless Steel — sits proud of the battery tube, not compatible with protected cells
Extended — adjustable for protected cells or cells with USB charging ports; sits proud of the battery tube slightly
