This is a file that’s free to download for 3d printing use.
The lip of the battery tube will align as shown in photos. The battery should not be compressed when touching the (+) on the gauge.
By using this, along with our tailcap removal tool, one can easily adjust current QT series flashlights to accommodate most battery lengths.
*Please note – batteries can take crush damage if forced operation occurs – these tools will help prevent that*
